Speed Shopper – Interview with the developer of a fantastic app

Did you have any prior development or coding experience?

Yes, I have over 15 years of web design, web development and coding experience. I created my first website and web based business in 2002 as a freshman at the University of Houston.

What was the most challenging aspect of developing mobile app?

The most challenging aspect of mobile app development was and still continues to be ensuring that the app functions as desired on all platforms and devices at all times. We are constantly making improvements as is the nature of all who wish to remain relevant, but with each improvement can come a slew of bugs and unintended consequences for various users.

Mitchell is an Entrepreneur with over 15 years of web design, web development and coding experience. He created his first website and web based business in 2002 as a freshmen at the University of Houston. He also has over 10 years of experience in banking and finance and has a wide range of relevant experience ranging from building web servers to writing code for social networking platforms.

Name a few of your favorite apps and reason you love them.

[Google Translate] because it has allowed me to communicate with others whom I would have been unable to communicate with. [Alarmy] because it uses innovative ways to help me wake up in the morning. [Craps Trainer] because it taught me how to play craps. [Binance] because it has a very user friendly interface and allows for a relatively headache free cryptocurrency trading experience. [Cash App] because it has taken away many of the excuses people used to make up for not paying me back.

How long have you been working on this app?

I have been working on the Speed Shopper app for a little over 2 years.

What need of the user did you have in mind when developing this app?

Speed Shopper was created to help people get in and out of grocery stores faster. I wanted to eliminate the time wasted roaming the stores trying to find the correct aisles.

In what way do you think your app is better than similar apps on the market? Please describe in detail what innovation you think you bring and what you are proud of in your app.

Similar apps haven’t even begin to come close to what we’ve accomplished. Speed Shopper’s decentralized approach to store item location database creation is the solution to a variety of problems. In store shopping times are drastically reduced because the Speed Shopper app shows users exactly what aisles to go to in sequential order. Speed Shopper eliminates time wasted zigzagging throughout the store and time wasted by returning to the same aisles multiple times. Speed Shopper creates a database of item locations that can be used at any store with aisles and its decentralized database technology ensures that the database remains current and accurate. The implementation of the Speed Shopper Token has allowed shoppers to be paid in cryptocurrency for adding items to the database. We are also a platform for small business merchants to advertise, promote, and sell their products.

What are your future plans and expected features of the coming new versions of this app?

We are working on translating the app into various languages. We also have a few changes that we are working on that have come from the feedback we have received from our users.

Assuming new users of your app are reading this page. What do you want to ask them to do?

I definitely want all users of the app to share the app with as many people as possible. The more users the app has, the more effective it will be for everyone.

Speed Shopper

About App: Speed Shopper is a shopping list app that places the items in your list in order by aisle number so that you can get in and out of the store as quickly as possible. Speed Shopper uses crowd sourcing technology to store aisle numbers for every product on your shopping list. The database of aisle numbers is then shared with everyone who uses the app. Our technology then places every item on your list in order by aisle number. Your list then becomes a tool that tells you the exact order to pick up your items so that you are in and out of the store as quickly as possible. Speed Shopper rewards you for adding item aisle locations by paying you in cryptocurrency! This cryptocurrency token is called SSTX and can be used within the app to purchase goods from select merchants. The more aisle numbers you add, the more currency you collect!
